Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights granted to you by applicable law.

3.2 Products

Caselab provides made-to-order phone cases and related personalized products.

Product photographs, digital mockups and generated previews are intended to provide an accurate representation of the final product.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • screen calibration
  • printing technology
  • materials
  • lighting
  • cropping
  • positioning around camera openings

manufacturing tolerances.

Such normal minor differences do not automatically constitute a defect.

3.3 Device compatibility

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct device model before ordering.

Device names and model compatibility are shown on the relevant product page or configuration interface.

3.4 Personalized and AI-generated designs

Caselab may allow customers to generate or customize artwork using text prompts, photographs, reference images, typography or other inputs.

AI-generated results may vary between generations.

We do not guarantee that generated artwork will be completely unique or that identical or similar visual elements could not be generated for another person.

We also do not guarantee that AI-generated material qualifies for copyright or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

Digital previews may differ slightly from the final printed result.

3.5 Orders

An order is submitted when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • payment cannot be processed
  • a product cannot be manufactured
  • an obvious pricing or technical error occurred
  • the requested content appears unlawful
  • the content appears to infringe third-party rights

fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

Where we cancel an order that has already been paid and no product is supplied, the relevant payment will be refunded.

3.6 Prices

The total price payable will be displayed before you place your order.

Prices include taxes where required by applicable law.

Delivery charges and other mandatory charges will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

3.7 Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Your payment may be processed by an independent payment service provider.

We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card credentials where payments are handled directly by such providers.

3.8 Personalized goods and withdrawal

Products created according to a customer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the standard EU 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right.

This includes cases manufactured using the customer's selected or generated design, photographs, text or other customization.

Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

3.9 Customer-supplied content

You retain your rights in photographs, artwork, text and other content that you upload to Caselab.

By uploading content, you grant us and the service providers involved in operating Caselab a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, reproduce, resize, modify, transmit and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the design-generation service
  • generate previews
  • manufacture your product
  • process and fulfil your order
  • provide customer support

meet legal obligations.

We do not acquire ownership of your original photographs merely because you upload them to the service.

3.10 Your responsibility for uploaded content

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any material that you submit.

You must not upload material that:

  • infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights
  • violates another person's privacy or image rights
  • is unlawful

contains content that you have no legal right to reproduce.

If you upload an identifiable image of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have any permission required to use that image.

We may refuse to process content where we reasonably believe fulfilment would violate applicable law or third-party rights.

3.11 Intellectual property

The Caselab name, website, interface, branding, software, templates, graphics and other store materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

If goods supplied by us do not conform to the contract, consumers may exercise the remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory legal guarantee rights.

3.14 Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by the customer's unlawful or unauthorized use of the service.

We are not responsible for intellectual-property or privacy infringements caused by material supplied by a customer where the customer did not have the necessary rights to use that material.

3.15 Privacy

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

3.16 Complaints

Complaints should first be submitted to:

[add support email]

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the order and understand the issue.

We aim to resolve complaints promptly.

Where Lithuanian consumer law applies, a reasoned written response to a consumer complaint will be provided within the applicable statutory period, which is generally no later than 14 days from receipt of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may be able to refer the matter to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (VVTAT) or another competent consumer alternative-dispute-resolution body.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer in operation.

3.17 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

3.18 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal requirements change.

The Terms applicable to an individual purchase are those in effect when that order was placed unless applicable law requires otherwise.
